Meet Scott Hills, Broker – Owner of Florida Premier Realtors

Designations: e-PRO, GRI and At Home with Diversity – Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist
 
Scott graduated from the University of Akron in 1978, soon after started his career in sales and marketing. His career has relocated him throughout many regions of the country. Scott began visiting Ft. Myers in 1979 and in 1994 after falling in love with the water; Scott decided to make Ft. Myers his home.
 
Throughout Scott’s career he has negotiated numerous contracts throughout his sales tenure. Scott has been involved with starting two software companies as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He will use this experience and professionalism to provide personal care and professional service to all of his clients in real estate.
 
Scott’s personal experience in relocating from state to state, gives him firsthand understanding of the challenges in corporate relocation and the importance of urgency as it relates to both buyers and sellers.
 
His expertise in boating and the waterways of Southwest Florida allows Scott the ability to provide necessary information to his clients so they can be properly informed when it comes to location of there waterfront property.
 
Scott’s thorough professionalism, diverse background and long time history in Southwest Florida combined with the in-depth knowledge of our coastal Lee County areas makes him a superb choice for buyers and sellers of coastal residential properties, investment properties and clients in need of relocation assistance.
 
In Scott’s Real Estate career he has received his GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute – 140 hours of advanced real estate curriculum), e-PRO (Internet Marketing Specialist) and received his Certifications in Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and At Home with Diversity.
