Our Selection Process of Homes at the Courthouse:
1. All homes that are foreclosed upon must go through the courthouse auction
2. Two weeks in advance we have a detailed list of the homes that are to be sold at the courthouse
3. Our team than evaluates the condition of each home on the list
4. These homes are evaluated on the amount and type of repairs, condition, age and market value (also checked for Chinese Drywall)
5. Our real estate company than does a market evaluation of similar homes that sold in that area
6. We than compare previous auction prices to these homes
7. The process above provides us a select number of homes that we will bid on
8. Each of these homes are then researched for liens by our title company
9. This complete process provides a formula for value and success
10. Based on your criteria we position our bids for your selection
Immediately after the purchase, our certified contractors refurbish the property to new condition and in most cases our Realtors will have the property returned to the resale or rental market within 1-2 weeks.
